Guarantee

Circuit Breaker Labs jewelry and accessories is made to the highest standard using quality materials. To prolong the life of your jewelry so that you can enjoy wearing it for years to come, handle pieces delicately.
Should the resin develop a scratch gently buff it out using a lint-free cloth and plastic polish or vegetable oil. Sterling silver pieces should be stored with your other silver jewelry. Air-free containment is best to limit tarnish, but gentle cleaning in a jewelry cleaner and/or with a polishing cloth should restore your piece like new.
Should it be necessary, Circuit Breaker Labs will carry out any repairs resulting from normal wear and tear, free of charge for one year from the date of purchase. Thereafter, we will be happy to repair your jewelry for a small fee. Please contact us to arrange this prior to returning your item.

Ordering

On making a purchase you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out on this page.
Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted using a wide range of materials. Since circuit boards vary in color and degree of components, please allow for some small variations to the images shown. If you want to verify the look of a piece prior to purchase, just send me a message and I will send along photos of a couple of items so that you can choose which specific piece you want.
All prices listed on the website are shown in US dollars.
Items shipping to a location within New York state will be charged 8% sales tax.
Please note that items sent outside the US may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes. Any additional fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure, we recommend that you contact the appropriate authorities prior to purchase.

Returns

If you need to return an item (changed mind, etc), you can do so within thirty calendar days of delivery. Upon return of undamaged merchandise, you will receive a refund for the amount of the item(s), excluding shipping cost. If you need an exchange or resizing, please get in touch with what you need and we'll take care of you.

If the item arrives damaged, please send a description or photo of the damage and we can work out a replacement or refund. Damage claims must be submitted within five business days of delivery.

I take pride in my work and I will do whatever it takes to sustain professional and fair business practices. If you have a problem outside the bounds of what is described above, I will still help you. Just send an email or message detailing the problem and we will work together to find a solution.
